Agency: ILO | Reference: rfx_9185_ROAP | Type: Call for individual consultants Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: As the team lead, the consultant will be responsible for the overall design and implementation of the final evaluation, including thorough desk review, methodology development, data collection and analysis, as well as preparation of all deliverables. The assignment will involve a mixed methods approach, including desk review, surveys, key informant interviews, and focused group discussions with stakeholders and beneficiaries. Field visits to selected project sites in Nepal will be required. The consultant will also coordinate the work of a national consultant and ensure quality and timely delivery of related arrangements and exchanges deemed necessary for the exercise, which includes stakeholder coordination and other logistical arrangements for fieldtrips. The consultant shall be responsible for delivery of all outputs, including an inception report, drafts of preliminary findings, final evaluation reports together with the evaluation summary, and dissemination materials, among others.
