Wat ga je doen? Als teamleider Administratie heb je de overtuiging dat wij als organisatie alleen maar succesvol kunnen zijn als we helder hebben welke middelen een positieve bijdrage leveren aan de opgaves voor Brabant. De basis voor deze kennis is een goed georganiseerde (financi?le) administratie. Jouw opdracht is dit team in een interim periode te leiden. Je werkt daarbij samen met jouw team aan een betrouwbare, volledige en tijdige vastlegging van de financi?le bedrijfsvoeringsadministratie. Dan gaat het oa om crediteuren-, debiteuren- en inkoopadministratie, grootboek, inclusief 1e en 2e lijnscontroles. Jij staat als teamleider aan het roer voor een gedigitaliseerde betrouwbare administratie. Je weet wat de financi?le positie van de provincie is en facturen worden op tijd betaald. Dit doe je concreet door: De aansturing van het team Administratie, bestaande uit de twee subteams (Expertise&Control en de Financi?le administratie). Daarbij zijn het overigens zelfstandige professionals. Bovendien heeft een subteam Financi?le administratie een meewerkend voorman die oa de co?rdinatie doet. Het team maakt een geleidelijke transitie door (van uitvoerders naar ook adviseurs en regisseurs). Je fungeert als sparring partner en waar nodig als vliegende kiep voor collega?s uit je team. Daarnaast manage je de stakeholders en omgeving van het team en lever je een bijdrage aan het MT van het programma Stuurinformatie en Administratie, waarbinnen dit team (naast 4 andere teams) valt. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het management en de collega?s van het team. Daarbij schakel je vooral veel met het team PSA (personeels- en salarisadministratie) en het SAP-team. Je belangrijkste inhoudelijke opdracht wordt bijdragen en (vanuit de Administratie) eindverantwoordelijk zijn voor inbreng vanuit de administratie in de jaarrekening 2025. Concreet ben je aanspreekpunt voor en van het team Administratie om e.e.a. te bewaken, prioriteren, af te stemmen of keuze te maken. Daarnaast loopt een groot project (met extern projectmanagement) gericht op optimalisatie van de administratie. Doel is oa de basis van de administratieve organisatie verder op orde brengen en door optimalisering en verdere digitalisering van werkprocessen, systemen, kennis en samenwerking, de organisatie toekomstbestendig maken. Jouw rol is daaraan vanuit jouw positie bij te dragen en je teamleden daarvoor ook in stelling te brengen. Tevens waar nodig ben je verantwoordelijk voor (implementatie) van een aantal (deel)projecten en verbetertrajecten en stuur je erop dat projecten die vanuit je team worden opgepakt, binnen de afspraken ook tot resultaat komen.
