Als teamregisseur PW kom je te werken in een veelzijdig team. Je verzorgt de operationele en inhoudelijke ondersteuning van consulenten en je begeleidt hen in casu?stiek. Ook verzorg je het inwerkprogramma voor nieuwe consulenten. Je analyseert, organiseert en stimuleert planvorming op het gebied van werk & inkomen en zoekt afstemming tussen betrokken partijen. Binnen jouw werkgebied zorg jij voor de kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve ondersteuning van de medewerkers van het team bij het beheren van hun caseload. Ook co?rdineer je in spoed en crisiszaken. De vragen die binnenkomen zijn zeer divers. Je kijkt mee bij complexe casussen, fungeert als vraagbaak en je levert een bijdrage aan proces- en kwaliteitsverbeteringen en beleidsvraagstukken. In de functie van teamregisseur PW sta je middenin in het team en ben je tegelijkertijd inhoudelijk sparringpartner voor de teammanager Participatiewet.
