Description

DBCA requires a panel of Contractors and anticipates that up to three qualified and experienced Contractors may be appointed to provide specialist consultancy services to support the development and implementation of a Strategic Assessment under Part 10 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 by 1 July 2027 within the Western Australian Regional Forest Agreement (RFA) area for: ecological thinning for forest health in native forests; plantation establishment, management and harvesting operations in State pine plantations; and private plantation establishment, management and harvesting operations. All Contractors appointed to the panel must be able to provide consultancy services pertaining to all three of the subjects above. While Contractors appointed to the panel will predominantly work independently on discreet packages of work (as directed by DBCA), they may be required, from time to time, to collaborate with other panel members.
