The World Health Organization (WHO) is seeking a qualified and competent institution or organization to provide Technical Assistance for Operationalizing Noncommunicable Diseases in Emergencies in the Philippines under an Agreement for Performance of Work contract.

The work will support the development and rollout of a standardized Training of Trainers (TOT) package on NCDs in emergencies, the deployment and monitoring of pilot NCD Emergency Kits in selected sites, and the documentation and assessment of implementation experiences, lessons learned, and recommendations to inform future scale-up and integration into national emergency preparedness and response systems.Please use the subject lineWHO Bid Reference 2026_PHL-16_NCD-08in all email submissions.
