Assignment: Technical Inspection of Structural Elements of Buildings – Stage 1. Preliminary Inspection of Buildings in Andijan Region

The Clean Energy for Buildings in Uzbekistan (CEBU) Project, financed by the World Bank through IDA Credit No. 7172-UZ, invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the procurement of non-consulting services for conducting technical inspections of structural elements of 10 public buildings, Stage 1 – Preliminary Technical Assessment, in Andijan Region.
The purpose of the assignment is to conduct preliminary technical inspections of buildings in order to identify emergency facilities, assess the technical condition of building structures, determine compliance with seismic resistance requirements, and decide whether buildings should proceed to Stage 2 – Detailed Instrumental Inspection.
Bidders shall demonstrate experience in executing similar contracts within the last five years, either one fully completed contract of a similar nature or two contracts each completed at least 80%. Similar assignments include technical and/or instrumental inspections, seismic assessments, or structural evaluations of buildings.
Bidders shall also submit financial capacity information, including financial statements for the last three financial years, current commitments, and evidence of sufficient liquid financial resources. Bidders must possess a valid license for technical inspection, instrumental inspection, and structural diagnostics of buildings and structures.
Quotations must be submitted on or before 17 June 2026, 15:00 Tashkent time. Late quotations may be rejected.
