Published by Ministry of Post, Telecommunications & Information Technology, Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority. Procuring Entity: Digital Entrepreneurship and Innovation Eco-System Development Project. Engagement of a Technical Training Management Firm for delivery of training in Python, SQL and Professional English to 500 trainees, leading to NSDA Level-4 Certification in Web Application Development with Python, including training management, assessment/certification support, and job placement support. The assignment duration is 12 (twelve) months and will be implemented in selected project areas across Bangladesh. Procurement Method: Quality and Cost Based Selection(QCBS). Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget Grant/Credit. Experience and Resources Required: General Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT/ITES training management, technical skills development, or similar assignments. Specific Experience: At least 2 similar IT/ITES training assignments completed during the last 5 years, with minimum 500 trainees per assignment. Average Annual Turnover: Minimum BDT 1.20 crore average annual turnover during the last 3 financial years. For JV, any one partner may fulfill this requirement. Management Capability: Demonstrated management capacity, including qualified staff, organizational structure, office facilities, IT equipment, and relevant resources. Human Resource Pool: Submission of a list of Key Experts/resource pool demonstrating relevant skills, knowledge, capabilities, and stakeholder outreach capacity. CVs are not required at EOI stage. Joint Venture (JV): JVCA agreement on BDT 300 non-judicial stamp paper. Maximum 4 partners, including the lead partner. Legal Documents: Incorporation Certificate, updated Trade License, VAT Registration, TIN, updated Tax Return Certificate, and Litigation Certificate.. Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh.
