Technical Assistance to the Contracting Authority

This public procurement tender concerns the provision of technical assistance services to the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as "TA") for non-investment maintenance works and repairs of entrusted property. The estimated value of individual construction works for a single planned event will generally not exceed 10 million CZK (excluding VAT). These works can also be tendered as a package of planned works for a given period. The definition of TA and the complete scope of activities are detailed in the directive of the Director-General ŘSD SGŘ 4/2019, as amended, or in the internal regulation replacing this directive (10-S-18.4 Execution of maintenance works and repairs of roads). A significant portion of the supervised works will consist of construction works carried out in accordance with the Conditions of Contract for Construction of Smaller Projects (Green Book FIDIC). The contracting authority may also utilize TA for supervising the performance of services such as gully cleaning, cleaning, etc. The scope of services will include all activities related to the performance of TA, such as preparation and processing of documents, communication with the contractor of the supervised works on behalf of the contracting authority, evaluation of final reports, assessment of technological regulations, and other documents. It is important to note that this does not constitute the activity of construction supervision as defined by Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act. Specific planned activities will be further detailed within individual calls for tenders.
