Description

Předmětem plnění veřejných zakázek zadávaných v zavedeném DNS bude poskytování služeb technické pomoci objednateli (dále jen „TPO“) pro neinvestiční údržbové práce a opravy svěřeného majetku s předpokládanou hodnotou jednotlivých stavebních prací na jednu plánovanou akci zpravidla do 10 mil. Kč bez DPH. Tyto lze zadávat také jako soubor plánovaných prací na dané období. Definice TPO a kompletní náplň činnosti je obsažena ve směrnici generálního ředitele ŘSD SGŘ 4/2019 v platném znění, resp. vnitřním předpise tuto SGŘ nahrazující (10-S-18.4 Provádění údržbových prací a oprav pozemních komunikací). Větší část z kontrolovaných prací budou tvořit stavební práce realizované podle Smluvních podmínek pro stavby menšího rozsahu (Green Book FIDIC). Zadavatel může TPO využívat také ke kontrole provádění služeb, jako je např. čištění žlabů, úklid apod. Součástí plnění budou veškeré služby související s výkonem TPO, jako je příprava a zpracování podkladů a dokumentů, komunikace se zhotovitelem kontrolovaných prací za objednatele, vyhodnocení závěrečných zpráv, posouzení technologických předpisů a dalších dokumentů apod. Nejedná se však o činnost stavebního dozoru dle zákona č. 283/2021 Sb., stavební zákon. Specifikace konkrétních plánovaných činností bude vždy upřesněna v rámci jednotlivých výzev k podání nabídky.
