Het deels op vaste basis en deels op flexibele basis verrichten van technisch tekenwerk. Het uitwerken van stedenbouwkundige schetsen en ontwerpen in maatvaste technische tekeningen. Het vertalen van tekeningen in maten en oppervlakten t.b.v. financi?le ramingen. Het uitvoeren van overige technische tekenwerkzaamheden. Als civieltechnisch tekenaar krijgen je opdrachten van collega?s voor tekenwerk. Tijdens een startgesprek per opdracht geef je aan wanneer het in je planning past. Je inventariseert vervolgens de bestaande situatie op locatie en je vraagt informatie van kabels & leidingen op en raadpleegt andere relevante bronnen. Je maakt vervolgens technische tekeningen t.b.v. bouw- en woonrijp projecten, herinrichtingen, onderhoudswerkzaamheden en groeninrichting. Hiernaast verricht je ondersteunende werkzaamheden zoals het bepalen van hoeveelheden, input leveren t.b.v. offertetrajecten en het toetsen van geleverde producten van externe partijen. Je rapporteert aan de civieltechnisch projectleider over de inhoud en voortgang van je werkzaamheden en de totstandkoming van de producten. Je werkt nauw samen met onze andere technisch tekenaar, werkvoorbereiders en civiel-technische projectleiders.
