Bei abfallwirtschaftlichen Vorhaben, die Projektpartner der KfW schwerpunktmäßig in Entwicklungs- und Schwellenländern in den Regionen Lateinamerika, Europa, dem Nahen Osten, Asien und Afrika (mit Ausnahme des französischen Sprachraums) realisieren, wirkt die KfW dadurch mit, dass sie im Auftrag der Bundesregierung die Vorbereitung und Durchführung dieser Vorhaben prüft, begleitet und evaluiert. Der Auftragnehmer wird die KfW hierbei sachverständig unterstützen. Die KfW schätzt das Auftragsvolumen dieser Rahmenvereinbarung auf 800 Beratungstage über 4 Jahre während der Laufzeit des Vertrages. Der Auftragnehmer hat zur Leistungserbringung die im Angebot benannte Schlüsselperson, die den beigefügten Kurzlebenslauf zu befüllen hat, einzusetzen.
