Predmet ovog otvorenog postupka javne nabave je usluga održavanja, administracije, podrške, nadzora, ažuriranja i operativnog upravljanja sigurnosnim sustavima, te produljenje podrške Proizvođača za sustave Naručitelja navedene u Tehničkoj specifikaciji. Usluga mora obuhvatiti cjelovitu podršku za funkcionalan i siguran rad svih sustava, uključujući korektivne, preventivne i savjetodavne aktivnosti, kao i aktivnosti instalacije, migracije i rekonfiguracije kada su potrebne za održavanje pune operativnosti sustava.
