Partial services of project management Qualities and Quantities (Action Area B) Lot 2 - PfA Mitte (VE0422.1) for the infrastructure project Regionaltangente West (RTW)

The subject of the present tender are the following services: LOT 2: Partial services of project management, Qualities and Quantities (Action Area B) - PfA Mitte (VE0422.1) for the infrastructure project "Regionaltangente West (RTW)".

The Regionaltangente West (RTW) is a new tangential rail connection in the Rhine-Main region to improve public rail passenger transport in the Frankfurt am Main conurbation. Its primary purpose is to improve the connection between the western districts of the city of Frankfurt am Main and the surrounding districts, cities, and municipalities, and to improve the connection to Frankfurt Airport. The client (AG) is responsible as the project sponsor for the planning, construction, and operation of the RTW infrastructure. The subject of the project management services for Lot 2 are the services described in Appendix 1, Service Description (Service Profile), as well as all basic services of project management according to § 2 AHO brochure No. 9 (as of March 2020) in project stages 1 to 5 for Action Area B. The service description is based on the service descriptions of the AHO Commission for Project Management Services in the Construction and Real Estate Industry, which is supplemented on a project-specific basis with the services required for the planning and execution of this major project. The services must be performed in accordance with the notes, specifications, and additions contained in the service description.
