The purpose of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement, in which two (2) contract suppliers will be selected for each lot in order of priority, one (1) supplier and one (1) substitute supplier. The tenderer may submit an offer for one or more lots. If only one valid offer is received for a lot, only one contract supplier will be selected.
The duration of the framework agreement is two (2) years. The preliminary contract period is 1.2.2026 - 31.1.2028. The validity of the procurement contract ends without separate termination. After the actual contract period, it is possible to extend the contract period by a maximum of two (2) option years. The client will decide on the use of the option separately at least three (3) months before the end of the actual contract period. The option period will apply the contract terms as they are in force at the end of the actual contract period, and the prices for the option period will be determined in accordance with the terms agreed in the framework agreement.
The products subject to procurement must be delivered within 90 days of receipt of the order at the latest.
