This procurement aims to satisfy the telecommunication needs of 147 organizations located in the Västerbotten and Norrbotten regions of Sweden. The participating entities include 29 municipalities, 2 regions, 1 university, and 115 regional and municipal companies. The scope of services encompasses both fixed and mobile operator services. Fixed services include subscriptions, switching services, and connections from the public network to the client's equipment, such as private branch exchanges (PBXs), including access lines and number series. Mobile services cover mobile subscriptions for data communication, voice, mobile extensions in PBXs, direct connections from the client's PBX to the operator's network, number series, and mobile internet access. Framework agreements will be established with a maximum of two suppliers, with call-offs to be made according to a specific distribution key. The objective is to secure comprehensive and efficient telecommunication solutions for a broad range of public sector organizations in Northern Sweden.
