Obzirom da je telekomunikacijska mreža HL-a okosnica svih poslovnih procesa, te posebno rada prodajne mreže kojom HL ostvaruje planirani financijski promet, prilikom uspostave i pružanja traženih usluga, zastoji ili prekidi u radu dijela ili cijele mrežne infrastrukture nisu prihvatljivi. Kao osiguranje od rizika potencijalne nedostupnosti uplata s prodajne mreže, Internet uplata, Call centra, kao i ostalih web-servisa a time i nepravodobno slanje izvještaja o obavljenim financijskim transakcijama prema nadležnim tijelima, mogućeg financijskog gubitka te gubitka reputacije, propisani su slijedeći uvjeti za ponuditelje.
