Description
On occasion we need to provide our customers with temporary accommodation in an emergency, for example due to a health & safety issue such as Damp, mould & condensation, fire, flooding or when major repairs are required.
Whilst our current travel provider for the Group are able to source temporary accommodation, it would be beneficial to have a further resource option, especially for situations where it's difficult to find suitable accommodation due to the length of time a decant is needed, specified location and requirements of the customer.
We require an additional provider whose main focus is on temporary accommodation and have a wide range of suitable low cost accommodation solutions to cover the Midlands, East and South East areas.
Contract value is an estimate of spend over the full contract term.
Contract term is 12 months with option to extend for further 2x 12 months.. CPV: Accommodation services (98341000). Procedure: Call-off from a framework agreement. Suitable for SMEs
