Description

This Contract is for the establishment of a standing offer arrangement for the rehabilitation of sewer mains, cleaning, CCTV inspections, condition assessment, lining and associated works as and when required by Rockhampton Regional Council. For the purposes of establishing the rates and costs for these works Tenderers are advised that the estimated value of Works for the 2026/2027 FY is approximately $500,000 excluding GST, however Council makes no commitment as to the accuracy of the projected value. Term of Agreement The term of the Contract will commence from the date of dispatch of the Letter of Acceptance through to the 30 June 2028. Subject to satisfactory performance and at the sole discretion of Council, Council has the option to extend the agreement by three (3) further periods of twelve (12) months each.
