The Requester draws the attention of the esteemed economic operators that regarding the proof of technical compliance, the Bidder must indicate the manufacturer, the specific model designation, and the country of origin in their bid. The mentioned requirements can be proven, for example, by a "Technical Data Sheet" which includes the clearly identifiable characteristics and manufacturer and model designation of the offered product, or by a distributor/manufacturer URL or manufacturer's datasheet (in Hungarian or English), indicating, supplemented by the duration of the warranty offered - a photograph can also be attached to support the required parameters of the given product. The duration of the manufacturer's/distributor's warranty for the offered cameras shall be at least 36 months from the date of delivery. Further information in the documentation. Please interpret the phrase "or equivalent" as stipulated in § 46 (3) and (5) of Government Decree 321/2015.
