The name of the procurement procedure has been abbreviated in points II.1.1 and II.2.1 of the call for tenders [BT-21] due to character limits. The name of the procedure is: "Site redundancy and amortization replacement – Load balancer" The purpose of this procurement is to create perimeter capacity in the contracting authority's two data centers. Procurement of 2 Perimeter devices (firewall pair) and associated SFP optical modules. The offer must include the necessary software and hardware elements. Devices to be procured: • 2 Perimeter devices with the necessary licenses To examine technical compliance, the following must be attached to your offer: - the completed technical compliance table containing the description of the offered product, in editable word (doc or docx) and pdf format. (signed by the company), - the manufacturer's datasheet and/or manufacturer's documentation and/or manufacturer's (manufacturer's representative) statement, (furthermore, the Contracting Authority accepts any document that clearly and demonstrably originates from the manufacturer and/or its Hungarian representative, such as a brochure or product description freely available from public sources. Freely available documents are acceptable if they originate from the manufacturer's official platform (e.g., manufacturer's website) or are submitted in a form that clearly indicates the manufacturer's origin (e.g., manufacturer's logo, document ID, product code, official appearance)) depending on which document contains a sufficiently detailed description of the offered device(s) for the Contracting Authority to determine without any doubt compliance with the technical requirements specified in the technical description; The goal is to procure a complex system that provides the following security functions: • Perimeter protection (SPI, WAF, DOS, DDOS) • Load balancing function • WAF (Web Application Firewall) • Hardware SSL acceleration • SSL-based remote client access (Remote Access VPN) The successful bidder is obliged to provide 12 months of manufacturer's warranty as specified in the technical description. The exact subject of the procurement and the detailed definition of the successful bidder's tasks will be specified in the technical description and draft contract, which are part of the procurement documents. Any reference in the technical description to a specific make or origin of a thing, or to a specific procedure, which characterizes the products or services provided by a particular economic operator, or to a trademark, patent, activity, person, type, or specific origin or manufacturing process, shall serve only to describe the subject of the contract in a sufficiently precise and understandable manner; "or equivalent" shall be understood to follow such designation.
