Procurement of natural mineral water

The Contracting Authority (hereinafter: CA) intends to conclude a framework purchase agreement as a result of the first phase of this procedure, with a total framework amount of HUF 902,000,015 net. During the term of the framework agreement, the Contracting Authority is entitled to conclude individual contract(s) up to the upper limit of the framework amount, according to the following approximate quantities: Lot 1: Natural mineral water carbonated with carbon dioxide in 0.5-liter plastic bottles, shrink-wrapped in packs of 9-16 bottles. Based on the experience of the previous period, the estimated quantity is: 221,444 bottles. Lot 2: Natural mineral water carbonated with carbon dioxide in 1.5-liter plastic bottles, shrink-wrapped in packs of 4-6 bottles. Based on the experience of the previous period, the estimated quantity is: 3,749,786 bottles. Lot 3: Natural mineral water still in 0.5-liter plastic bottles, shrink-wrapped in packs of 9-16 bottles. Based on the experience of the previous period, the estimated quantity is: 301,965 bottles. Lot 4: Natural mineral water still in 1.5-liter plastic bottles, shrink-wrapped in packs of 4-6 bottles. Based on the experience of the previous period, the estimated quantity is: 2,725,660 bottles. Based on the experience of the previous period, the estimated quantity for the total net framework amount is approximately 6,998,855 bottles. The detailed technical description is provided in the Procurement Documents (hereinafter: PD). The estimated quantity data have been determined to assist the Tenderer (hereinafter: T) in pricing and to ensure the comparability of the tenders submitted by the T. The CA does not undertake any obligation to call off the net framework amount. After concluding the framework agreement, the CA intends to satisfy its procurement needs arising during the term of the framework agreement through direct orders. During the term of the framework agreement, the CA guarantees the ordering of at least one truckload quantity per order for all performance locations. By truckload quantity, the CA means a quantity of 28-32 pallets. The CA informs the T that 1 pallet must contain a quantity between 583 liters and 832 liters, and that 1 pallet can only contain products of a single size (i.e., only 0.5-liter or only 1.5-liter products can be on 1 pallet, regardless of whether it is carbonated or still). The winning T must inform the customer contact person specified in point 11 of the framework agreement in writing within two working days after signing the contract about: - for them, how many pallets correspond to a truckload quantity within the prescribed range of 28-32, - and also about how many liters correspond to a truckload quantity within the prescribed range of 583 liters and 832 liters, separately for 0.5-liter and 1.5-liter sizes.
