O objeto do presente procedimento de Inexigibilidade é o repasse de recurso financeiro à entidade Fundação Gazeta - Jornalista José Frantz, nos termos da Lei Municipal nº 2.320 de 13 de julho de 2026.
O repasse será feito com o fim específico de custeio do evento "4º Desafio de Inverno - SCS/Sinimbu (25 km)", com o objetivo de envolver a comunidade em atividades físicas, contribuindo com a qualidade de vida, nos termos do projeto apresentado. A fundação em referência fez pedido formal ao município, conforme requerimento em anexo, solicitando ao Executivo Municipal aporte financeiro para custeio do evento.
