Zadanie nr 1 - „Termomodernizacja budynku sportowego A wraz z wymianą źródła ciepła przy ulicy Grota Roweckiego 11 w Działoszynie” Zadanie nr 2 -„Termomodernizacja budynku sportowego B przy ulicy Grota Roweckiego 11 w Działoszynie” Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej a następnie wykonanie robót w ramach realizacji w systemie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj” zadania inwestycyjnego pn.: „Termomodernizacja wraz z wymianą źródła ciepła w budynku A w Działoszynie ul. Grota Roweckiego 11” oraz pn.: „Termomodernizacja budynku B w Działoszynie ul. Grota Roweckiego 11”. Prace budowlane i instalacyjne będą prowadzone na funkcjonującym obiekcie. Nie ma możliwości na czas prowadzenia robót wyłączenia obiektu z użytkowania, dlatego też wykonawca powinien zaplanować i zorganizować swoje prace w taki sposób, aby były one możliwie najmniej uciążliwe dla użytkowników obiektu.
