Raamlepingu eesmärk on sätestada tingimused, mille alusel saavad Lisas 3 „Tarkvara litsentsi tellijad“ nimetatud Eesti kõrgkoolid (edaspidi tellijad) raamlepingu kehtivuse ajal täitjalt tellida ja kasutada tervikliku e-kursuse loomise tarkvara litsentse koos kasutajatoega (edaspidi teenus).
