The contracting authority stipulates a quantity deviation of an additional +10% above the annual 12-month quantity, which can be exercised by the contracting authority's unilateral declaration of intent (option). The detailed list of goods to be procured, the full quantitative breakdown and product specifications are included in the public procurement documentation. The partially defined technical requirements are minimum expectations for individual products. Deviations from the minimum expectations specified in the designation and remarks columns of the product list are not permitted. References to specific makes and types for individual products have been made solely for the purpose of clearly and comprehensibly defining the subject of the procurement and its quality requirements, in accordance with Section 46 (3) of Government Decree No. 321/2015 (X. 30.), the contracting authority accepts products of equivalent value in all respects. The offered product must have technical parameters equivalent to those specified, and its type must be provided by the tenderer in the professional offer. The tenderer is responsible for proving equivalence. Food products supplied by the tenderer must comply with the legislation on the marketing of food products and the regulations of the Hungarian Food Codex. The provisions of Section 1-3/13-1 of the Hungarian Food Codex must be taken into account for all products.
