The Government of Yukon (YG) as represented by Highways and Public Works (HPW), Property Management Division?s (PMD) Capital Development Branch (CD) on behalf of the Department of Education is seeking bids for consulting services to upgrade the fire alarm system at the Education Building in Whitehorse, Yukon. Community: Whitehorse Traditional Territory: Kwanlin D?n First Nation and Ta?an Kw?ch??n Council This RFB is a second stage procurement following RFQ-2022-2-1403 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Consultant Services for Building Development for the Electrical Engineering Area of Expertise. Only bidders that have pre-qualified through this RFQ process or any subsequent onboarding process released under the same terms can submit a Bid on this RFB. Any Potential Bidder who is not pre-qualified at the Closing Time of this RFB, will not be considered for this procurement. Respondents are not bound to participate in any Subsequent Procurement Process, and may, upon written notice to the Owner, decline to respond or provide submissions in any such process. If a Respondent decides to respond and participate in any Subsequent Procurement Process, then the Respondent will be subject to the terms of any Subsequent Procurement Process issued by the Owner, and such terms shall govern over and supersede entirely the terms of the Pre-qualification and RFQ process.
