Therapy Center Buchenberg - Extension and Renovation: "Planning and Realization (Realization Partnership)"

The Austrian Insurance Institute for Public Servants, Railways, and Mining (BVAEB) is seeking to commission services for the planned extension and renovation of the Therapy Center Buchenberg, located at Hötzendorfstraße 1, 3340 Waidhofen an der Ybbs. The primary objective of this project is to address urgent sanitary authority requirements within the existing structures of the therapy center. Additionally, the initiative aims to ensure the long-term sustainability of the current building through a combination of extensions, renovations, and modernization measures. This comprehensive undertaking involves the planning and physical realization of the construction work. To achieve these goals, the BVAEB is procuring services for both the design and the subsequent (construction) implementation through a realization partnership model. This approach signifies a collaborative effort where the selected partner will be responsible for delivering the project from the planning stages through to its final completion. The scope of work encompasses fulfilling regulatory demands and enhancing the overall functionality and longevity of the Therapy Center Buchenberg, ensuring it meets contemporary standards and operational needs.
