This framework agreement, designated 50.04, concerns the supply and administration of subscriptions to Danish and foreign newspapers and journals. The scope also includes a preparation service involving the affixing of bibliographic labels to journals. The supplier awarded this framework agreement must also provide a website/portal for the ongoing administration of newspaper and journal subscriptions. This website/portal is considered an integral part of fulfilling the delivery contracts and is not offered as a standalone service. The framework agreement is a sole supplier agreement, established between SKI and the supplier. Customers will enter into delivery contracts with the supplier based on this framework agreement. The customers covered by the agreement are detailed in Appendix A, with their commitment to purchase outlined in Specific Appendix 1. These customers are the original parties to the framework agreement. This agreement is part of the joint municipal procurement program and includes a purchase commitment for central and public libraries and/or school libraries (Pedagogical Learning Centres) within the participating municipalities. However, individual customers may have adjusted their purchase commitments according to the terms specified in Specific Appendix 1. Municipalities, including their self-governing institutions, that did not join the framework agreement prior to the tender publication date are ineligible to use it. For other customers listed in Appendix A, participation in this framework agreement is voluntary, meaning they have the option to utilize it or not.
