Original language: GermanDie Leistungen umfassen sämtliche Erd- und Spezialtiefbauarbeiten zur Herstellung der Baugrube am Campus Melaten in Aachen. Dazu gehören vorbereitende Maßnahmen wie Beweissicherung, Baustelleneinrichtung und Kampfmittelsondierung. Der Oberboden wird abgetragen, gelagert und wiederverwendet. Der Bodenaushub erfolgt profilgerecht mit Abfuhr, Verwertung oder Entsorgung nach EBV. Baugrubensohle und Böschungen werden hergestellt, gesichert und verdichtet. Im Spezialtiefbau werden Verbauarbeiten einschließlich Statik, Planung, Einbau, Ausfachung und Rückbau ausgeführt. Ergänzend sind offene Wasserhaltungsmaßnahmen vorgesehen (Pumpensümpfe, Sickerleitungen, Vorhaltung der Anlagen) und der Blitzschutz
