Delivery, lead, and call-off times must be provided, adhering to critical project start dates: February 2026 for Boreholes 1 and 2 (HKW Süd), May 2026 for Boreholes 3 and 4 (Gartenstraße/HKW Süd), August 2026 for Boreholes 5 and 6 (HKW Süd), and November 2026 for the optional Boreholes 7 and 8. The estimated completion date for services is July 2027. Bidders must submit a detailed drilling fluid program with proposed formulations for all borehole sections, compliant with the technical description and specifications. A complete waste management plan, including details of transporters and disposal facilities, is required, along with proof of current certifications (EfbV) for drilling sludge and other drilling waste from all involved waste management companies. All submitted data sheets must allow for a thorough evaluation against the specification's requirements.
