Original language: GermanDas Demonstrationszentrum für Sektorkopplung wird als Forschungsgebäude konzipiert, das Labor- und Büroflächen vereint. Das Baugrundstück ist Teil des Forschungscampus am Schleusengraben. Baurechtlich ist der B-Plan Bergedorf 104 /Curslack 19 verbindlich. Das 3-geschossige Gebäude wird giebelständig zwischen der Straße Am Schleusengraben und dem Schleusengraben an der südlichen Grundstückgrenze angeordnet. Im nördlichen Grundstücksbereich sind die Stellplätze verortet. Aufgrund der anstehenden Bodenverhältnisse wird durch den Baugrundsachverständigen (Geotechnischer Bericht 231188 M&P Ingenieurgesellschaft) empfohlen eine Tiefgründung über Pfähle, in die unterhalb der Weichschichten anstehenden Sande vorzunehmen. Zum Schutz der umliegenden Bestandsgebäude und der Infrastruktur wird eine erschütterungsarme Umsetzung in Form von Teil- oder Vollverdrängungsbohrpfählen empfohlen. Der Tragwerksentwurf sieht auf Basis dieser Empfehlungen eine auf Vollverdrängungsbohrpfählen ø41/51cm gegründete Sohlplatte mit Pfahlkopfbalken vor. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Wesentliche Arbeiten: 98 Stück Vollverdrängungspfähle Dm 41 cm, bis ca. 12,50 m 30 t Bewehrungskörbe 98 Stück Pfähle herrichten 900 m³ Arbeitsebene aus Betonrecycling herstellen und wieder beseitigen 98 Stück Pfähle kappen
