Original language: fiPohjois-Pohjanmaa hyvinvointialue (myöhemmin Pohde) pyytää tarjoustanne Tietokonetomografialaitteista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinnan kohteena on tietokonetomografialaitteet Kuusamoon ja optiona Raaheen. Laitteen osalta kyseessä on kertahankinta. Hankintayksikkö varaa option hankkia vastaavan laitteen myös Raaheen vuonna 2027. Mahdollinen optiohankinta toteutetaan tässä hankinnassa tarjotuilla hinnoilla ja sopimusehdoilla. Tilaaja päättää erikseen mahdollisen option käyttämisestä. Laitesidonnaisten tarvikkeiden, kulutustarvikkeiden, lisävarusteiden ja varaosien hinnat jatkuvat kahden vuoden määräajan jälkeen toistaiseksi voimassa olevina. Lisäksi tilaaja päättää erikseen mahdollisesta huoltosopimuksesta ja sen laajuudesta takuuajan jälkeen. Tarjouspyynnössä ilmoitetut laitteiden kulutusmäärät ovat arvioituja hankintakauden kulutusmääriä. Arvioidut laitekulutusmäärät ilmoitetaan tarjoajalle ainoastaan tarjouksen tekemisen tueksi. Hankintasopimus ei muodosta hankintayksikölle määräostovelvoitetta, vaan todellinen kulutus voi olla suurempi tai pienempi. Hankinnan kohteet on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa. Hyvinvointialue osoittaa määrärahat tämän hankintapäätöksen mukaisille hankinnoille kunakin vuonna erikseen. Hankintoja toteutetaan kunakin vuonna määrärahojen puitteissa. Jos määrärahaa ei jotakin vuotta koskien myönnetä lainkaan, ei hankintapäätöksen mukaisia hankintoja tuona vuotena tehdä.
