Munkkivuoren ala-aste, Munkkiniemen ala-aste, Hoplaxskolan sekä Päiväkoti Ruusun ja Hoplaxskolanin esikoulut tarvitsevat lisätiloja tilapäisesti. Tilapäiset tilat on järjestetty yksiköiden käyttöön vuokraamaalla lisätila osoitteesta Tietokuja 2/Laajalahdentie 23. Lisätilatarve jatkuu edellisten lukuvuosien 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024 sekä 2024-2026 jälkeen elokuusta 2026 lähtien yhden (1) vuoden ajan. Ravintolapalveluja käyttävät koulujen, lukioiden ja 2. asteen ammatillisen oppilaitoksen oppilaat. Lisäksi tiloissa ruokailevat päiväkotien ja esikouluryhmien lapset. Kiinteistössä toimii Compass Group Finland Oy:n ylläpitämä lounasravintola. Compass Group Finland Oy:n kanssa on neuvoteltu ruokapalvelujen tarjoamisesta kiinteistöön siirtyville oppilaille ja lapsille.
