Kyseessä on hankintalain 65 § mukainen markkinakartoitus.
Tämän tietopyynnön tarkoituksena on tiedottaa markkinoita tulevasta kilpailutuksesta, kartoittaa markkinoiden tilannetta, mahdollistaa kommenttien esittäminen tulevasta hankinnasta sekä saada hankintaa koskevaa tietoa, jotta varsinainen tarjouskilpailu voidaan toteuttaa mahdollisimman tarkoituksenmukaisella tavalla. Tietopyynnöllä täydennetään osaamista tarjouspyynnön laadintaan.
Tämän tietopyynnön tarkoituksena on kartoittaa markkinoiden tarjontaa non-invasiivisista ventilaattoreista osastokäyttöön. Laitteen vähimmäisvaatimuksina on:
Kaksoispainelaite (Noninvasiivinen riittää)
Soveltuvuu aikuisille potilaille
Liitettävyys keskuskaasujärjestelmään ja happipulloihin
Samalla laitteella toteutettava korkeavirtaushoito (High Flow)
Sisäänrakennettu akku
Laitteiden pääasiallinen käyttötarkoitus olisi sydän- ja keuhkopotilaiden hoidossa sairaalaympäristössä.
