We want to make high-quality procurements at the City of Turku and cooperate with companies. Therefore, we want to conduct a market survey before the actual procurement notice is published. The aim is to map the market for the subject of the procurement and to obtain comprehensive information on availability, implementation possibilities and potential service providers. This is an information request concerning the planned tendering of indoor air surveys, sampling and repair proposals by the City of Turku, with an estimated contract period starting on March 1, 2027 (target). This notice is not a procurement notice or a request for tender, but an information request aimed at mapping the market and developing the procurement tendering documents. The information request does not bind those who respond. Responses will affect the implementation of the procurement and may reduce the need to ask questions during the tendering process. The contracting entity is not committed to carrying out the procurement based on the market survey, and the descriptions/specifications presented do not bind the client. The purpose of this information request is to identify service providers who can offer the service described in the notice. We ask interested service providers to answer the questions asked and, if desired, to submit a brochure with the answers about services/products that could meet the Client's needs. Various service entities of the City of Turku order indoor air surveys and sampling according to varying needs during the contract period. The contract period is intended to be one (1) year + two (2) one (1) year options. The subject of the procurement is indoor air surveys, sampling and the preparation of repair proposals. RESPONSES: Please submit your answers in Tarjouspalvelu, under "Other terms". The material obtained from the information request is intended to be used in the preparation of the actual request for tender and provides opportunities for successful procurement. Responses will be treated confidentially. The contracting entity reserves the right to contact the participating companies for further information after the event. Based on the Act on the Openness of Government Activities, responses are generally public after the contract has been awarded. Therefore, responses should be drafted in a way that they do not contain business or professional secrets. If it is necessary to include business secrets in the responses, they must be marked as business secrets when responding to the information request in the Tarjouspalvelu.fi supplier portal. If the attachments to the responses contain information that is to be kept secret, the attachments must clearly and unambiguously indicate which parts contain business secrets. If the information provided in the responses is not marked as a business secret, the contracting entity will treat it as so-called party-specific public information by default. The contracting entity will consider on a case-by-case basis whether the information declared as business or professional secrets is legally confidential.
