Etelä-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen tarkastuslautakunta pyytää tarjoustanne hyvinvointialuelain mukaisesta hallinnon ja talouden tarkastuspalveluista tilikausille 2027– 2028 ja vuosittaisena optiona tilikausille 2029, 2030 ja 2031. Jokaisen optiovuoden käyttämisestä ilmoitetaan edellisen vuoden joulukuun loppuun mennessä, päätös tehdään Hyvinvointialueen aluevaltuustossa. Tilintarkastuspalvelulla tarkoitetaan tässä tarjouspyynnössä ensisijaisesti lain hyvinvointialueista 14. luvun mukaisen hallinnon ja talouden tilintarkastuksen suorittamista Etelä-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueelle ja hyvinvointialuekonsernin tytäryhteisöille (Liite Tytäryhteisöt). Tarkastettavan kohteen yleiskuvaus ja palvelusisältö tarkemmin Liite Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus. Tilintarkastuksessa noudatetaan seuraavia lakeja, suosituksia ja standardeja: • Laki hyvinvointialueesta 611/2021 • Tilintarkastuslaki 1141/2015 • Laki julkishallinnon ja -talouden tilintarkastuksesta 1142/2015 Lisäksi noudatetaan JHTT ry:n suositusta -hyvä tilintarkastustapa julkishallinnossa ja KHT -yhdistyksen tilintarkastusalan standardeja ja suosituksia.
