Printing and supply of forms for CENDIS, s. p.

The subject of this tender procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement (hereinafter also referred to as the "agreement") containing the contractual terms for the performance of individual partial orders, the subject of which is the provision of continuous supplies of forms based on the Contracting Authority's requirements for the purpose of ensuring the production of forms related to the operation of vehicles on public roads (vehicle and driver registers, technical inspections, emissions tests, and BESIP). The precise definition of the subject of the public contract and other requirements for its execution, including information, conditions, specifications, and other data, are specified in detail in Annex No. 1 of the draft agreement, Annex No. 2 – Technical Specification, and according to the graphic previews shown in Annex No. 3 – Graphic Previews. Ensuring the packaging of forms according to the technical specification provided in Annex No. 2 – Technical Specification and costing. Furthermore, ensuring transport to the place of performance of the public contract (see Article 3 Duration and place of performance of the public contract). The subject of performance may also include one-off requests for the production of forms beyond the scope of the technical specification provided in this tender documentation. The supplier undertakes to ensure the production of these forms at the agreed prices, unless otherwise specified. In the event that production requires specific technological procedures, individual production, or the occurrence of additional extraordinary costs, the supplier shall submit a price offer to the contracting authority for prior approval before commencing performance. The contracting authority reserves the right to solicit the required performance from other suppliers. If the contracting authority receives a more favorable offer, particularly in terms of price or delivery time, it is entitled to carry out the order with another supplier without this constituting a breach of this agreement.
