Original language: noStavanger kommune, ved Idrett og utemiljø, skal rehabilitere den vestlige delen av Tjensvoll torg i samsvar med vedlagte tegninger og beskrivelse.Den eksisterende bussveien gjennom anleggsområdet skal også opprustes ved etablering av nytt dekke. I anleggsperioden vil buss følge en alternativ trasé.Det er flere institusjoner lokalisert på torget: et legekontor, to aktivitetssentre, to dagsentre, et avlastningssenter og to fysikalske institutter, som alle må være i drift mens arbeidet pågår. Det er behov for HC‑parkeringsplasser på torget i byggeperioden, siden driften på torget opprettholdes. Det er nødvendig at Stavanger kommune overtar de nye parkeringsplassene før dagens parkeringsplasser kan avvikles.Midt på torget står en skulptur som skal beskyttes gjennom hele anleggsperioden.
