Udbuddet vedrører indkøb og levering af vask af tøj til hjemmeboende borgere i Næstved Kommune. Ydelsen leveres i henhold til lov nr. 1651 af den 30. december 2024 (herefter Ældreloven) § 9, stk. 2, punkt 2 (praktisk hjælp), hvorefter leverandørerne leverer ydelsen som underleverandør til den kommunale helhedsplejeleverandør, samt i henhold til lovbekendtgørelse nr. 1129 af den 22. september 2024 om social service med senere ændringer (herefter Serviceloven) § 83, stk. 1., punkt 2 (praktisk hjælp), hvorefter borgere kan vælge leverandør uagtet valg af leverandør af praktisk hjælp og personlig pleje, jf. Servicelovens § 91. Formålet med tøjvaskeordningen er at dække visiterede borgeres behov for vask af tøj og linned.
