Im Rahmen der Wartung müssen folgende Leistungen erbracht werden: - Wartung, inkl. Softwarewartung der TK-Systeme, inkl. DECT - Session-Border-Controler - Voicemail - CTI - Patienten-Entertainmet, inkl. Bedside-Terminals - Alarmserver - Netzwerkkomponenten zur Verbindung der TK-Systeme - Server- & Storage-Systeme zur Virtualisierung und Datensicherung der TK-Systeme und Applikationen - Betrieb der Serversysteme, inkl. Betriebssystem - Remote Service 7x 24 x 365 - OnSite-Service - Patch-Management & Release-Management - Incident-Management Zusätzlich werden Leistungen als Kauf, Montage und Wartung zur Erweiterung bzw. Austausch von TK-Komponenten als Warenkorb über die Laufzeit abgefragt.
