Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council (“the Council”) is looking to procure a contractor to design, supply and install a ticketless Automatic Number Plate Recognition (“ANPR”) barrier-controlled parking system at two of the Council’s existing Pay & Display car parks in Tonbridge (“the sites”).
