The object of the contract is: I. Provision of Maintenance Services for Existing Infrastructure of the Electric Vehicles Directorate of OSY S.A.. Description of works 1. Replacement of Pole, regardless of pole height and excavation depth (complete work) • Provision of Pole of any size by OSY S.A. • Issuance of required permits from the competent authorities by the contractor • Hiring of an archaeologist to supervise excavation works for areas of high archaeological interest • Excavation of a trench measuring 1mX1mX at a depth of 1.6m to 2.10m (depending on the type of pole) • If there are cables, pipes or other obstacles within the trench, measures will be taken, e.g. by splitting plastic pipes of suitable cross-section in half, so that they are not embedded in the concrete • Receipt of pole from OSY warehouses • Pole installation • Filling the trench with concrete C16/20 • Sidewalk restoration works • Cutting of old pole and transport to OSY S.A. facilities 1. Perimeter excavation at the base of the pole to a depth of 30cm to 50cm 2. Securing the pole with a crane vehicle. 3. Oxy-cutting of the pole at the depth of the trench 4. Transport of the pole to OSY S.A. facilities 5. Filling the remaining part of the pole within the ground with 3A – construction of a lightning rod per area-, 6. Complete restoration of the trench as well as the sidewalk 7. Adherence to all foreseen safety measures in order to ensure the safety of citizens, technicians and private and public property • Otherwise, the provisions of the technical description apply 2. Removal of pole of any size (complete work) • Perimeter excavation at the base of the pole to a depth of 30cm to 50cm • Securing the pole with a crane vehicle. • Oxy-cutting of the pole at the depth of the trench • Transport of the pole to OSY S.A. facilities • Filling the remaining part of the pole within the ground with 3A • Complete restoration of the trench as well as the sidewalk • Adherence to all foreseen safety measures in order to ensure the safety of citizens, technicians and private and public property • Otherwise, the provisions of the technical description apply 3. Recording of poles in the Active and Inactive Network of OSY S.A. For the recording of poles (existing situation) as well as for the new poles that will replace the old ones, the prospective contractor, under penalty of exclusion, must have a Platform for recording and mapping (GIS) of poles with a corresponding database. For this reason and taking into account the consequences of the law on false Responsible Declaration, they will submit along with the other participation documents a Responsible Declaration that they have a Platform for recording and mapping (GIS) of poles with a corresponding database as described below and as proof they will provide the web address (URL) leading to the login page of the electronic platform as well as at least two (2) tiered users (username) with the corresponding login credentials (password). On the electronic platform, the prospective contractor must have registered at least five (5) poles along with their corresponding information fields related to the database completed. The registered poles and their information will be random-demo with the sole purpose of proving compliance with the requirements for the electronic platform and are listed below. The prospective contractor, under penalty of exclusion, must have telephone support for issues related to pole replacement and electronic platform management. For this reason, the prospective contractor will submit along with the other documents, a Responsible Declaration that they will provide telephone support for the entire duration of the contract on a daily basis (7 days a week) and from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
