Original language: daUdbuddet omfatter tømningsordning af bundfældningstanke og samletanke (ca. 3.700 tanke i alt) iht. Vejen Kommunes tømningsregulativ. Endvidere omfattes håndtering, transport, evt. mellemdeponi og slutdisponering på landbrugsjord eller andet af indsamlet slam samt al myndighedsbehandling i denne forbindelse. Opgaverne udbydes samlet. Ydelserne bliver på nuværende tidspunkt udført af ekstern leverandør. Rammeaftalebilag 3A: Kravspecifikation indeholder en uddybende beskrivelse af den udbudte Ydelse. Rammeaftalen dækker perioden fra 1. januar 2027 og 4 år frem. Den anslåede værdi i form af forventet omsætning på Rammeaftalen i hele den mulige aftaleperiode er ca. DKK 7.500.000. Den forventede omsætning er anslået på baggrund af tidligere aktivitet med de forudsætninger, der kendes på udbudstidspunktet. Den anslåede værdi er ikke bindende for Ordregiver og der tages forbehold for ændringer i antal tømningslokationer, - type mv. som følge af omstrukturering, kapacitetsændringer eller tilsvarende. Tilsvarende gælder for estimerede mængder angivet i Rammeaftalebilag 4 Leverandørens priser. Ordregiver forbeholder sig ret til større træk på Rammeaftalen grundet potentielt øget antal tømninger, og/eller lokationer og typer mv. Rammeaftalens maksimale værdi, i hele Aftaleperioden, vil være DKK 9.500.000 i hele aftaleperioden.
