Description

The Department of Transport and Main Roads invites Applicants to participate in the Invitation for Prequalification (IFP) Process for the appointment of an Integrated Delivery Partner for Wave Stage 3. The purpose of this IFP is to assess each Applicant's capability, capacity and relevant experience in delivering the required services. Information provided by Applicants during this stage will be assessed to determine those that will be invited to participate in the subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) Phase. Applicantโ€™s eligibility will be assessed on the following criteria (refer to IFP documentation for complete eligibility requirements): * Experience providing: capability partner or delivery partner services as part of an integrated owners program management team?within the last five years; or delivery management capability support services as part of an integrated owners program management team within the last five years; and Experience providing delivery related services for at least two major transport or complex linear infrastructure projects or programs (at least one must be a transport infrastructure project), each valued at least A$1 Billion, within the last ten years; Having an established office and workforce based in South-East Queensland; and Confirming financial capacity to provide IDP services for the Program. The IFP incorporates: Invitation for Prequalification Annexure A โ€“ Invitation Form Annexure B โ€“ Procurement Process Deed Poll Applicants must comply with the IFP requirements regarding submission protocols, compliance requirements, and specified deadlines. Key Dates IFP Release - Tuesday, 04 August 2026 Closing date for Clarification Questions - 3:00pm AEST, Friday, 7th August 2026 IFP Closing Date - 11:00am (AEST), Tuesday, 11 August 2026 Notification of successful Applicants - Late August 2026
