Dear Bidder,
The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.
Below is a summary of the work to be performed:
a) Review achievements, lessons learned, and implementation experiences from Phases I and II of the Project Creating decent work opportunities for Somali IDPs, Returnees and Host Communities through employment-intensive infrastructure improvement’ in Baidoa, Somalia.
b) Assess the evolving socio-economic, institutional, environmental, and conflict context in Somalia, South-West State, and Baidoa.
c) Validate the relevance, feasibility, sustainability, and strategic direction of a proposed Phase III intervention.
d) Develop a comprehensive Theory of Change and Results Framework.
e) Formulate project components, expected results, activities, implementation arrangements, and financing requirements.
f) Integrate environmental, social, climate resilience, conflict sensitivity, gender equality, and inclusion considerations throughout the project design.
g) Produce an appraisal-ready Project Proposal in accordance with ILO and KfW requirements.
