Toezichthouder asbest met affiniteit bouwJe bent gefascineerd door de werkzaamheden die behoren bij asbest en de bouw en spreekt dezelfde taal als de medewerkers op de bouw. Je kunt lezen en schrijven met hen. Je vindt het belangrijk dat asbest op een veilige manier gesaneerd wordt en daar wil je toezicht op houden en handhaven indien nodig. Je houdt van de vrijheid en zelfstandigheid die het werk met zich mee brengt en vindt het leuk om voor verschillende opdrachtgevers in de regio aan de slag te gaan. Wat ga je doen? Als toezichthouder asbest ben je verantwoordelijk voor de controles bij asbestsaneringen en het beoordelen asbestinventarisatieonderzoeken, NEN 2991-onderzoeken en validatieonderzoeken en maakt deel uit van de asbest- ketenaanpak. Hierbij is toetsing aan de relevante wetten en regels op gebied van asbest en bouw van toepassing. Ook ben je inzetbaar in geval van incidenten met asbest zoals illegale saneringen of calamiteiten en het ingang zetten van de daarop volgende handhaving.
