Wat ga je doen?In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de naleving van wet- en regelgeving en houd je toezicht op bestaande bouw en de uitvoering ervan. Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid om te zorgen dat (brand)veiligheidsvoorschriften worden nageleefd en er toezicht is op de planologie en (illegale) bouwwerken. Denk hierbij aan strijdig gebruik, maar ook aan toezicht op omgevingsvergunningen.Je controleert of bouwwerkzaamheden volgens vergunning of bouwbesluit worden uitgevoerd. Daarbij houd je bouwtoezicht op de nieuwbouw en verbouw van de meer complexe bouwprojecten. Denk hierbij aan de bouw van appartementen, logiesgebouwen en utiliteitsbouw. Hierbij ligt de nadruk op de constructieve veiligheid en de brandveiligheid.Het bouwtoezicht op de eenvoudigere bouwprojecten zal overgaan naar een private kwaliteitsborger.Verder:? behandel je meldingen en verzoeken tot handhaving en controleer je sloopactiviteiten;? stel je inspectierapporten op bij illegale bouwactiviteiten of illegaal gebruik;? voer je her-controles uit om te kijken of opgelegde maatregelen zijn uitgevoerd;? zorg je voor een goede afstemming met collega?s en beoordeel je samen met de collega?s van team Vergunningen, Toezicht en Handhaving (VTH) of er mogelijkheden zijn voor een aanpassing of aanvulling van de vergunning(en).Veelzijdig en afwisselendAls toezichthouder (bouwinspecteur) heb je een veelzijdige en afwisselende functie waarin jij het aanspreekpunt bent. Je communiceert met belanghebbenden over overtredingen, wet- en regelgeving en handhavingsprocedures. Maar ook het samenwerken met andere handhavingsinstanties hoort bij je werk. Verder werk je volledig digitaal, deels vanuit huis of kantoor. Een vorm van hybride werken is mogelijk.
