Original language: hu1. rész: Tőkehúsok beszerzése 13 tételben összesen 12 550 kg mennyiségben. A beszerzendő áruk tételes jegyzékét, részenkénti, mennyiségi teljes lebontását és termékspecifikációját a közbeszerzési dokumentum részét képező árazatlan ártábla tartalmazza. A részben meghatározott műszaki követelmények az egyes termékek tekintetében minimum elvárások. A 321/2015. (X.30.) Korm. rendelet (továbbiakban: Kr.) 46. § (3) bekezdésében foglaltakra tekintettel ajánlatkérő felhívja a figyelmet, hogy, amennyiben a közbeszerzés tárgyának egyértelmű és közérthető meghatározása szükségessé tette meghatározott gyártmányú, eredetű, típusú dologra, eljárásra, tevékenységre, személyre, szabadalomra vagy védjegyre való hivatkozást, a megnevezés csak a tárgy jellegének egyértelmű meghatározása érdekében történt, és megnevezés mellett a „vagy azzal egyenértékű” minden esetben értendő. Ajánlatkérő felhívja a figyelmet, hogy, egyenértékű dolog megajánlása esetén az egyenértékűséget az ajánlattevőnek az ajánlatában igazolnia kell.
