Stopcock and its parts (installation kit and manual)

The list of products to be offered is included in the Excel table, which is part of the invitation to tender. The Contracting Authority requests that the total (net Ft) value from the Excel table be indicated for all lots on the offer form. The Contracting Authority draws the attention of the tenderers to the fact that all items in the Excel table must be priced and the make and type of the offered product must be provided (in the Make/Type column). If the tenderer does not price all items or does not specify the make and type of the product, it will result in the invalidity of the offer. The Contracting Authority (as Buyer) – based on the consignment contract provided during the participation phase – undertakes a 70% call-off obligation for the amount of the framework consignment contract, and reserves a purchase option for 20% of the contract value specified in this invitation. For which value, it is entitled to exercise its purchase right at the price fixed in this tender phase during the term of the contract. The optional value can be utilized at any time during the contract period, either in whole or in part, depending on the Buyer's decision. The option does not entail a call-off (order) obligation for the Buyer; it does not undertake an obligation to call off the full optional value under the purchase right. The Contracting Authority expressly draws the attention of the participants to the fact that it will provide national treatment for the offered products in the tender phase. The offered products must have the appropriate quality certificates and approvals that ensure they can be safely used in drinking water/wastewater systems. For drinking water, for each offered product listed in the material list, its compliance and distribution must be proven and attached in the offer with the following documents: - Registration by the National Public Health and Pharmaceutical Center, or permit issued by the Government Office, or previously issued, valid OTH permit, - Declaration of Performance issued by the manufacturer, which can be issued based on the following:  Valid Technical Approval for Construction and Certificate of Conformity or  Valid National Technical Assessment and Certificate of Constancy of Performance or  European Technical Assessment or  Harmonized standard or  other document in accordance with § 5 (2) of Government Decree 275/2013 (VII.16.) on the detailed rules for the design and installation of construction products in buildings and the verification of their performance (non-harmonized European standard, international standard, Hungarian standard, if the system for determining the essential product characteristics, their testing and evaluation methods, and the assessment and verification of the constancy of performance according to Annex V of Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council can be determined from the document. - For all products, the following must also be attached: - Structural drawing in electronic format (*.pdf file format) - Indication of the origin of the offered product - Documentation in Hungarian containing product characteristics, make/type, from which all parameters and product characteristics specified and required by the Contracting Authority can be clearly determined! During the evaluation of offers, the Contracting Authority will check the consistency between the Make/Type indicated in the priced Excel table and the Make/Type indicated in the documentation containing the product characteristics.
