Heifer International - Request for Proposals Country: Kenya Heifer International Kenya invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit proposals for the provision of professional cleaning, facilities support, and tea steward services at its Kenya Country Office located at Ndama Place, Nairobi. The anticipated contract period is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027. Applicants must be legally registered in Kenya, have at least three years of relevant experience, comply with applicable labour and occupational health and safety requirements, and demonstrate the capacity to provide trained personnel, supervision, equipment, cleaning materials, and replacement staff when required. Interested vendors should review the attached Terms of Reference and submit duly signed technical and financial proposals, including all mandatory documentation and a detailed monthly cost breakdown, toprocurement-ke@heifer.org.
